What do you like best about Ondemand?

What do you dislike about Ondemand?

I'm a tech person so I can only imagine those who are moving from "old school" ways of doing things to perhaps need some help adapting to using apps for hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ondemand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We prefer using mobile and online solutions for most needs and challenges within our business. I have referred fellow business owners to Jitjatjo and Ondemand as well, as we really appreciate what they offer. Ondemand makes the search and hiring process almost "too easy" compared to the way we used to do things when seeking talent. The app quickly brings up qualified talent for our team to pick from, hire and we can even measure performance indicators in the backend. It's essentially smart, tech forward workforce management for how businesses wish they could hire in 2023. I highly recommend Jitjatjo and Ondemand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
