**What do you like best about OnCustomer?**

For the purpose of interacting with customers, I like how OnCustomer avails several interface through which one may get in touch with customers such as through live chat, email or social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about OnCustomer?**

It offers customer documentation and customer support primarily in Vietnamese. This can be a problem for businesses that have clients in different areas.

**What problems is OnCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables organizations to communicate with their clients more effectively thus customer relations process. It makes possible for us to be easily accessible within the platforms of choice of our clients hence the possibility  of quick problem solving.

**What do you like best about OnCustomer?**

Integration, all in one platform. From OnCustomer, I can respond to customers' messages and comments conveniently and in time. Customers' wait times have been shortened, and customer satisfaction has increases (according to actual feedbacks)

**What do you dislike about OnCustomer?**

The only remaining is that OnCustomer's interface is not 100% user-friendly. It took me some time to get used to all features.

**What problems is OnCustomer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnCustomer allows me to track and take care of customers at ease and promptly. Also, it allows me to access real-time reports, which track my own performances in terms of the speed of responding to customers.
