CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. TRAINING IS A JOKE AS WELL. IF YOU HAVE ZERO NEVER USED A SYSTEM REMOTELY CLOSE TO THIS THEN THIS IS NOT A SYSTEM FOR YOU. THE LAYOUT OF THE OMS REMINDS YOU OF WINDOWS XP AND IT HAS NOT IMPROVED FROM THE DAY THEY CREATED THE SYSTEM. IF YOU HAVE NOT USED A PART OF THE OMS SYSTEM (BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW OR TRAIN YOU) AND YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT RUNS OUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AGAIN FOR IT IN ORDER TO GET IT ACTIVATED OR CORRECTED. THE WHOLE IDEA OF A SERVICE CONTACT IS TO MAINTAIN AND CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR BUGS AND UPDATE THE OS. NOT JUST SIT AROUND. THEY DO NOT OFFER FOLLOW UPS FOR REPAIRS AND HAS NO WAY TO TRACK IT. IT IS UP TO THE USER TO KEEP ON FOLLOWING UP TILL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. IF YOU HAVE A SYSTEM SHUTDOWN IN THE PROGRAM OR ANY CRITICAL FAILURES YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT DAYS FOR THE ACTUAL OMS PROGRAMMER TO HELP REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND HE IS NOT AROUND ALL THE TIME AT THE OMS OFFICE.
