Its less user friendly interface and non comprehensive features have complicated my work process. This is very time consuming and there are so many steps to printing orders. **What problems is OMS Office Master System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefit is that all of our sales are on one software easy to use, easy to navigate. It does all we need on a single program. We can do everything from pick slips to invoicing. Pretty decent at inventory management. **What do you dislike about OMS Office Master System?** Support is almost non existent. If you choose to have some support it is an outrageous price. System is a little buggy sometimes and times out. TRAINING IS A JOKE AS WELL. IF YOU HAVE ZERO NEVER USED A SYSTEM REMOTELY CLOSE TO THIS THEN THIS IS NOT A SYSTEM FOR YOU. THE LAYOUT OF THE OMS REMINDS YOU OF WINDOWS XP AND IT HAS NOT IMPROVED FROM THE DAY THEY CREATED THE SYSTEM. IF YOU HAVE NOT USED A PART OF THE OMS SYSTEM (BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW OR TRAIN YOU) AND YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT RUNS OUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AGAIN FOR IT IN ORDER TO GET IT ACTIVATED OR CORRECTED. THE WHOLE IDEA OF A SERVICE CONTACT IS TO MAINTAIN AND CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR BUGS AND UPDATE THE OS. NOT JUST SIT AROUND. THEY DO NOT OFFER FOLLOW UPS FOR REPAIRS AND HAS NO WAY TO TRACK IT. IT IS UP TO THE USER TO KEEP ON FOLLOWING UP TILL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. IF YOU HAVE A SYSTEM SHUTDOWN IN THE PROGRAM OR ANY CRITICAL FAILURES YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT DAYS FOR THE ACTUAL OMS PROGRAMMER TO HELP REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND HE IS NOT AROUND ALL THE TIME AT THE OMS OFFICE. **Recommendations to others considering OMS Office Master System:** DO NOT BE TOO CHEAP. IF YOU NEED A STRAIGHT FORWARD SYSTEM FOR SIMPLE INVENTORY CONTROL YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER SYSTEM HALF THE PRICE OF OMS. IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF NEEDS AND SUPPORT THEN FOR SURE DO NOT USE OMS. JUST IMAGINE IF YOU SYSTEM WENT DOWN. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE UNABLE TO WORK BECAUSE THEY CANNOT USE THE OMS. THEN YOUR OMS SERVICE REP TELLS YOU I WILL NEED TO GET BACK TO YOU TOMORROW. YOU WILL LOSE AN ENTIRE DAY OF BUSINESS OR MORE. SCARY? YES. PAYING PEOPLE TO BE UNABLE TO DO THEIR WORK. **What problems is OMS Office Master System solving and how is that benefiting you?** THE ONLY THING THEY SOLVED WITH OMS PROBLEM IS OUR ABILITY TO HAVE MULTIPLE USERS IN OUR OFFICES. ALSO A PRICE THAT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION. HOWEVER THE DEMO WAS ALL BS AND CUSTOMIZATION IS A JOKE. ### 10.
