We can use OMQ to distribute and update information in real time to the right places on our website/all service channels, which is very important especially in the complex and constantly changing IT environment. Since we have integrated the OMQ system with us (we use OMQ Assist for our ticket system, OMQ Contact in our contact form and OMQ Help for our FAQ in addition to the OMQ chatbot), not only are thousands of requests resolved automatically, but an enormous number of potential requests are not even received by the service desk because they are resolved directly. Many people don't like to use chatbots because they have had bad experiences with them. Honestly, how many really good chatbots are there? We are very happy with the hit rate of our bot.
