OMQ Chatbot automates the answering of customer inquiries in chats or Instant Messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, among other. OMQ Artificial Intelligence learns independently and distributes the knowledge, so that all products can reach for the same information. OMQ Chatbot answers to the customer requests with the information in the knowledge base, automatically and precisely without an agent. It follows the natural flow of the conversation by answering in chat bubble and giving interactive answers. Only when the chatbot reaches its limits, it will connect customers to an employee, who can handle more complicated or unique cases.
