# Has Anyone Actually Booked Loads Through Sylectus? What Was Your Cancellation Experience?

We subscribed to Omnitracs Sylectus in July 2026 for $350 per month plus a $250 setup fee.

After paying $950, our trucking company did not book a single load through the platform. We also found the software interface outdated.

When we requested cancellation, Sylectus quoted us $3,850 in early termination charges, calculated as 11 remaining months. We are disputing that amount because our agreement began in July.

I'm interested in hearing from other carriers:

Have you successfully booked loads through Sylectus?

Was the subscription worth the monthly cost?

Did you experience difficulties canceling?

Were you charged an early termination fee?

I'm sharing our experience and looking for genuine feedback from other trucking companies.
