I don't like how getting a proper ETA for trucks and reporting is an issue with Omnitracs Sylectus. Also, the billing was wrong all the time, which was frustrating. There are too many people leaving the company, and sales rep changes happen all the time. It used to be good, but it got worse. The initial setup wasn't easy either; we had to bring every truck back for installation, which cost a lot of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
