After evaluating several EHR platforms for cost, functionality, user experience, and billing support, I discovered Omnipractice in late December 2025. What drew me to the company was its promise of a comprehensive, all-in-one solution that would cover both an EHR and billing services, including help with recovering outstanding accounts receivable. Beyond pricing, I found that many of the platform’s advertised features were either incomplete or didn’t work as expected. For instance, I asked for my digital signature to be uploaded into the system, but the process took about eight weeks to complete, so I had to rely on a manual signature in the meantime.
