What I like the most is the clean and intuitive interface. I hardly need a training to master all its functions. From the main dashboard I have quick access to orders, inventory, customers, billing and other modules. But above all I value its versatility, it adapts to my business, whether it is small or medium, from a physical store, e-commerce or mixed. I don't dislike anything in particular, they could only improve some functions such as sales reports to do more in-depth analysis. But I understand that they are improving with regular updates. It allows me to manage all channels from a single point, integrating ecommerce orders, physical stores, marketplaces and more. I no longer waste time moving between systems or storing data in spreadsheets. With omniOrders I have everything centralized in the cloud, I can see the status of each order in real time, assign confirmations and shipments automatically, carry out precise follow-up.
