What problems is OLR America Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us support, maintain, and even develop our Oracle Point of Sale as well as ORCE and OMS (Order Management System Cloud) softwares. We have a team of solution experts that assist us in maintaining and updating, as well as supporting our Oracle solutions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only problems we can sometimes have, is getting their offshore developers during our business times. Even then, they are very speedy at finding someone to assist.
