What do you dislike about OKR Board for Jira & Confluence?

The one thing that I'd like to see improvements on are the reporting capabilities. The confluence plugins are helpful but need additional flexibility and customization. Independently generated reports would also be helpful for leadership visibility on company progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OKR Board for Jira & Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had the issue of a decentralized ecosystem of OKRs and data driven decision making. Various teams were using their own DIY solutions, if they were using any solutions at all, and it created a very disjointed environment. It is very simple to use and their OKR coaching sessions are really good it is very helpful, especially for newbies like us in OKR, By using their OKR platform we're able to track regular progress towards our company goals and it gave clear direction to every team and individual. Using an OKR tool made our job a lot easier to align and track our goals, previously we used spreadsheets, The problem with spreadsheets was that it was a time-consuming process that was difficult to manage and keep track of. Now we can able to Increase our productivity by focusing on goals Giving clear direction to every team and able to track employee performance and providing feedback on the software itself was the cherry on top for us.
