OKR Board by Oboard is the #1 rated Jira OKR app on Atlassian Marketplace - built for teams that want strategy to live where the work already happens, instead of slide decks that stay forgotten after the kickoff. Connect your team's day-to-day work in Jira directly to company strategy, set up OKRs in a couple of clicks, automatically track linked Jira issues and tasks, and see every metric on a single, real-time Dashboard - available for both Jira Cloud and Jira Server, and backed by a custom security review for even the most sensitive projects. Core features: ✔️ Auto-updating OKRs and KPIs - linked directly to Jira issues and epics, progress tracks itself as work moves through your existing workflow ✔️ Strategy Map - cascade company-level goals down to team OKRs and the daily Jira work behind them, so the connection from top to bottom is visible, not assumed ✔️ Cross-project OKR Roadmap - see the full strategic timeline in one place, even across teams working in separate Jira projects ✔️ Metrics alongside OKRs - track KPIs and other measurable outcomes as their own Strategy Components, with or without a parent Objective ✔️ Automated check-ins - reminders and update prompts are delivered via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, so status updates happen without a meeting ✔️ Custom Dashboards - historical progress data, across teams and roles, exportable to PDF, Excel, CSV, or via API ✔️ Oboard AI - automate your OKR cycle routine by drafting OKRs and Check-ins, and getting detailed alignment and engagement reports, or connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant to uncover deeper insights, powered by your company's specific strategic context. ✔️ Public API - export your data or connect PowerBI or other analytics tools via API to pull data into Oboard Add the Confluence app for a shared OKR knowledge base. On the Advanced plan, unlock the Executive Strategy Platform - a dedicated view for leaders who don't work in Jira day to day. Trusted by 3,000+ customers across 100+ countries.
