Okloq Reviews & Product Details

No more starting timers or digging up hours in your email and calendar. Okloq recognises the project number in the window title, the file name or the subject of an email, and puts your time on the right project. Whether you are drawing, designing, writing code or preparing a quote. At the end of the day a proposal is ready. You check it, adjust where needed and approve it, per day, week or month. Only then do the hours go to your own software. Okloq integrates with eighteen packages, including Moneybird, Exact Online, AFAS Profit, Simplicate, Teamleader Focus, Toggl Track, Harvest, Clockify, Clio and Nmbrs. Without an integration you get an hours overview as PDF or CSV. If Okloq cannot find one clear project, the entry waits and you see what is wrong. An hour never arrives twice. Privacy comes first. Which windows and files you had open stays encrypted on your laptop and is deleted after thirty days. Okloq does not read what you type and takes no screenshots. In a team, others only see hours per project. Only hours you approve leave your laptop, to servers in the EU or straight to your software. For freelancers and teams: engineers, architects, designers, consultants, accountants and lawyers. Okloq runs on Windows 10 and 11, with an Android phone app; a Mac version is on the way. Try it free for 30 days, no payment details needed.
