**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

Support was the number one factor in our decision to move to a new software company—and Ohanafy has exceeded our expectations. From personal experience, their support is truly top-tier. The team is always available, responsive, and best of all, it's real people—local and live—who understand our needs.

The software itself is incredibly flexible. We’ve been able to easily customize it to track the specific fields and data that matter most to our business. That kind of adaptability is rare and invaluable.

Another standout feature is the real-time data access. Everything is live, which means we’re always working with the most current information—no delays, no syncing issues.

Overall, Ohanafy has been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us.  This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering.

Ohanafy has helped us solve several operational challenges, bringing efficiency and ease to our daily workflows.


Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting  - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.


Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.


Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.


Overall, Ohanafy has significantly improved our operational efficiency and data accessibility.

Continually developing beverage management software with excellent customer service.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

I have really not found anything that I do not like that Ohanafy wasn't able to remedy in quick fashion.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have addressed long-standing challenges we faced with inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and procurement in our two warehouses. Previously, we also had difficulties with reporting accuracy when using our former beverage software provider. In a short period, they have developed reporting tools that now help us manage our warehousing and distribution functions more effectively.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

Truthfully I have not experienced any issues that were not simply user error. Ohanafy has made my life at work much easier, and has led me to become far more efficient during the work day.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the program allows us to visualize any and every single data point that we may have, we have been able to be more efficient in making packaging decions, cast smarter sales forecasts, and maintain a sufficient level of inventory of raw materials without ever cutting it close to running dry.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The software itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate. It's helping us place our invoices seamlessly and allowing us to have easy-to-view dashboards with where our product is actually being sold! But for me the thing that I personally really appreciate the most is the responsive human help. Shout out to the Big Mack (Mackenzie)!

No dislikes on my end, everything about the system and the company has been to my liking.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates ordering, inventory, recipes,  production, sales and deliveries seamlessly. Giving us a great overview of where our products are being sold as well as how much revenue is being generated per region which is an important data point for us. We have found that it is extremely easy to work with with the way the pages are layed out and what all the system has the power to do.

Ohanafy has a great user interface, and is easy to navigate. Our transition over was great, and the amount of features Ohanafy has is amazing.  The customer support team is also great, and very responsive.

I don't love the sales force app that you can use to access ohanafy, I find the website is easier to navigate.

It keeps track of all of our inventory, and orders in and out.  It really makes life easier at the brewery.

Ohanafy does so many things well, it can be hard to choose just one best part, but if push came to shove, I would say the customer service is the best part of Ohanafy. While the software itself is comprehensive and works smoothly, the customer service and implementation teams that we were paired with seemed to really care about the success of our business.

I have had no problems with the software, therefore I have nothing to dislike!

Ohanafy is helping our brewery streamline its information and providing new insight into our operations. It has consolidated all of our information into one space where we can access everything quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Ohanafy provides any analyses we may want for any of our beers at the click of a button.

Such an easy set up process! We had a great onboarding experience with Ohanafy and now using the software itself daily is a dream. It's so easy to navigate and use and supplies us with the tools needed to retain the information we need.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The accessibility to CRM data at your fingertips might be one of the best systems we've brought into our company.  The ease and use of building invoices and packaging products of our production line have drastically decreased the time spent in our offices.  The software has enabled us to pivot very quickly if edits need to be made and the real time reports are incredibly helpful for our team meetings each and every week.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

There have been some gaps pop up since onboarding.  However, every single time something I need comes up it's taken care of.  The customer service aspect is top notch.  I have yet to find a limitation that can't be patched in within an hours time.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timeliness of doing admin has drastically helped us focus more on the products we're making and the relationships we're building.

Ohanafy has all the tools you need in one place. Everyone there is easy to work with and very willing to help both with implementation and creating any additional reports or documents that you might need. I use this on a daily basis for all my day to day tasks, from recipes to inventory.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

The integration took some time, but this was not too surprising as everyone at Ohanafy became familiar with our process and we learned to navigate a new system.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Production scheduling, inventory tracking, order management. Ohanafy is a one stop shop. I was previously using a few different systems to do all that I can do within Ohanafy. This has simplified my daily workload tremendously. And any reports I need are generated within the system as well.

Customer service is great, especially training and are always willing to help.  There are insights provided within the Sales Dashboard that are beneficial for our company.

It is still a newer company so there are a few kinks as it relates to reporting but they are constantly improving operations.

You can do pretty much everything you need, from creating invoices to managing orders, managing stock, customer management and in-depth reports on anything you can think of. The team, in particular Mack, have been of great assistance whenever we need suppport. It is app enabled, so we can use it wherever and whenever, and it integrates with our other systems.

Like all systems, it takes a bit of time to get to know it.

The sales app is very helpful and actually allows me to track more than just invoices. The sales tactics it has natively allows us to track down more leads and understand the market that is buying our product.

Not a thing at this time. The system has worked smoothly for us.

The Sales app has been a big help for us in getting organized and knowing the market that is consuming our product. Dashboards are easy to create on my own which I appreciate. It has help streamline our state tax reports which were time consuming before Ohanafy.

The exclusive reporting and dashboards have been a great feature to utilize. It's very easy to generate a report that used to take an extensive amount of time to do. The support team has been top tier as well, they get back to me almost within minutes of reaching out.

I do not have any dislikes at the moment, I look forward to their new product updates .

Ohanafy has given us the ability to see our data in more than just one way, but tailored to each of our employees roles. Sales can see sales data, and our production team enjoys the process of tracking their batches and data points through their brew logs.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The customer service and their willingness to make changes and customize features. Ohanafy is probably the most customizable brewery management software on the market. Although, it does take more time and effort on the users part to work with Ohanafy to get it set up they way the user wants and to learn how to navigate compared to other platforms. I guess that's justa  result of this not being a cookiw cutter, one size fits all software.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

I find the program difficult to navigate without contacting Ohanafy. Due to the amount of cusimazation available, it can be a bit overwelming at first and hard to find what you're looking for, or knowing what all is available on Ohanafy. This can be fixed by talking with Ohanafy and having them make the changes you need, show you which report has the info, show you how to navigate the page, etc. One more thing, the reports, though many, can be a bit frustrating because if the report exists, the name of it might not be what you consider obvious which make it near imposible to find without asking Ohanafy. That being said, if the form report doesn't exist, they'll make it for you.

Tax forms and state DOR report. It saves us considerable time. 
Customizing the brew day and cellar data to contain the info and have the look we want.

**What do you like best about Ohanafy?**

The system itself is very user friendly. I've never gotten lost in the system, but even if I were to not be able to find what I needed there are so many ways to be able to find what I am looking for. Whether it is a specific recipe, item, account, it's so easy to manage!

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Ohanafy. They are the new kids on the block, but they have done a magnificent job at branding themselves around our industry and priding themselves on customer success.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we found Ohanafy we didn't know how we were going to manage the aspects of our business. We sell and produce RTD's (ready to drink) and also have a co-packing business. Ohanafy ensured us that they had a solution that would organize and manage the way we operate, and it has been smooth sailing ever since.

Their reports and dashboards have been a game changer for us. It's so easy for us to create a report and understand where the data is coming from. User layout is easy to follow and everything has a place.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

Nothing at the moment, they are consistently updating the software which is a big plus. They've implemented a lot of our feedback and listen to us.

**What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have all of our data in one place! Everyone can see what they need to see and I am able to truly understand what our ROI is on our beer. Their mobile app is great to work on the road and has no limitations when comparing it to the desktop. Their customer service has been great as well, most of the time they get back us within minutes of our request.

The way Ohanafy is set up is super easy to use. Everything down to the item has a link so it's not hard to find and makes it almost impossible to get lost in the system. Anytime I have had a question about something, my CSM has gotten back to me in a very timely manner. They give the best customer service.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

I have not had any negative experiences with Ohanafy so far. Everything from the product down to the support has been a pleasure. They are kind people who really want to make brewer's lives easier.

From the day we signed with Ohanafy up until today, Ohanafy has made our business lives easier. They have provided us with organization, helped us have better time management, and saved us time.

Most helpful parts of Ohanafy are the ability to easily generate invoices when I need to and have that information transform into useful reports. The customer support we recieve is great, unlike any other company that I've seen.

I do not dislike anything about the system.

Ohanafy helps automate inventory tracking, and also helps our brewers monitor raw materials and manage stock levels more effectively. Ohanafy is also helping streamline operations, enhances efficiency, and is improving our overall business management.

I've absolutely loved working with the Ohanafy team. They have provided a service to our team that has been invaluable. They are very quick to respond with troubleshoots and are always helpful and excited when we need new features implemented. They've been an excellent supporter of our growing business and we can't thank them enough for their expansive platform that has helped us grow immensely.

They are a young platform with a small (but growing team). I look forward to them updating the UI and optimizing their platform.

Ohanafy has been extremely helpful to our brewery in keeping up with the demand of our best selling beers and helping us forecast for the near future. Having everything in one place has helped us identify trends for our business.

There are no downsides of Ohanafy. When I have a question or a request, their support is always there to help.

Ohanafy is very intuitive and has many customized reports that help me predict what I need to forecast. Keeping track of what is being brewed what days, what steps are required to be completed has helped us create a new process that otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

I have nothing bad to say about Ohanafy's software or the people on their team. They have helped our business grow while only being on the system for 3 months.

They are solving the main problem we had at our brewery, which was organization. How much we were producing, when we needed to order things from suppliers, and overall how much money we were spending doing these things. Since switching to Ohanafy our business model has become more efficient and effective, saving time and money across the board. When first signing on, the employees spent ample time getting us adjusted and comfortable with the new system. We have already increased our profits in such a short period of time and as a small family owned brewery, every penny counts. 

Highly recommend this platform and their sales team!

There's nothing negative to say on our end. We were skeptical of jumping ship to work with Ohanafy as it is a newer company but within a short few months we have already seen an increase in revenue and tighter margins within our brewery and production facilities. We couldn't be happier with this product!

Ohanafy's user interface is very simple and layed out nicely. I love the abaility to customize charts and reports for only myself to see. We didn't have to change our business model around the software, we kind of molded it to the way we run our brewery.

The only dislike is not having it sooner! There's a lot to learn when implementing new technology so patience is key.  Adjusting to anything new takes time - having the continued support of the Ohanafy team has significantly minimized any hiccups along the way.

Ohanafy is already providing valuable insights by housing our information in one place. On Ohanafy, all of their apps speak to one another. Inventory speaks to sales, sales speaks to production, and production speaks to inventory. It is very user-friendly and has helped me become 10x more organized than I ever was before.

I do not dislike anything about Ohanafy so far, they are the new kids on the block but have an excellent customer service program that is there to walk you through everything.

Inventory management has been massive for us. Nothing is getting lost in spreadsheets anymore, or a system not updating in real-time. Our users have an Ohanafy license and can see what is available to sell 24/7 at the brewery , which is something that was headache before.

It was a little overwhelming at first with how much information there is on platform. Once I contacted customer service they responded within 2 hours(on a Sunday) and helped me navigate through. Now it is second nature.

The organization, the intuitive ease of use, and most of all the customer service. When you have a question, there is always someone available to assist.

If I had to say something I disliked about Ohanafy, it would be the number of clicks necessary to perform each function, although I also know that this is ultimately necessary, as the software is incredibly thorough.

Inventory tracking, keg placement management, sales analytics, route planning, etc. All of the day-to-day headaches that are generally part-and-parcel with a sales position become a background issue that is handled almost entirely by the software.

The ability to create custom reports and visualize them on dashboards is second to none.  I can see graphs updated daily on the health of my business.  Anytime we need help, the team at Ohanafy is quick to respond and loves incorporating our feedback to enhance the product.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

They haven't been at it for long, so we are finding little issues here and there, but as soon as we report them, they get fixed.  I'm impressed at how much functionality there is, given how young the product is.  Many of their competitors that have been around for years lack much of the functionality already available in Ohanafy.

Excellent visibility into our company's data that all users can use.

It is a little newer, there's going to be some small curveballs and issues with finding certain things, or something not working the way it should. But they are receptive and quick to make the necessary changes to create a better experience.

The team is so friendly and responsive! The software is adaptable and really helps us leverage our data to improve our business, but the support of the Ohanafy team has made the onboarding process and adoption of the software a great experience. I can be in direct contact with customer support in minutes, and the quick responses and assistance have been invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Ohanafy?**

It is hard to find anything at this point. Learning any new system and getting your team to adopt it can be tricky. I would say Ohanafy has addressed that better than any other comparable product I have used.

Ohanafy is helping us tackle inventory, production planning, and execution, as well as managing our sales and introducing us to a whole host of data and sales tools we have never had easy access to before. It is quickly becoming a roadmap to optimizing our KPI's.
