**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

For a sole proprietor this a great time tracking tool for mobile devices!  The OfficeTime app is easy to use, has a reliable offline time tracking, and  also includes expense-tracking and invoicing tools.  With the pricepoint of this product, it is hard to beat, considering most other products have a monthly charge. Whereas OfficeTime has one time charges. This frees up some money that can be used for
Other aspects in the company.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

The fact that this product doesnt work for more than one person makes it unfortunate.  The lack of collaboration, and integration between other apps and services can prove to be a roadblock.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

Implementing a more adaptive, and simple to use app.  While also being able to collaborate, and work with multiple employees at a time.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was used to keep track of my billable hours.  It is great being able to see the timer and have the ease of use while being able to pause/start with the simple push of a button.  There are also reminders that can be set up which is great for keeping up with projects and other tasks.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

I love the flexibility that OfficeTime gives me. I can adjust times or categories, including how much to bill per hour, easily. I also like that I can easily add expenses to a project, so I remember to bill my clients for everything.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

I have to do some workarounds to organize multiple projects for one client. I think that feature is added  in the newest version.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I bill by the hour, I need to account for every minute so I charge my clients appropriately. I don't lose time when I use OfficeTIme.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

I like the simplicity of this app. It's on my phone, which I carry everywhere with me, so I can add time and expenses wherever I go. It just allows me to justify to clients and myself how much time is spent on what.
It's become indispensable to me for my monthly billing.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

I would say having to buy the desktop version separately. 

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

If you are looking for a simple, easy to use time keeping app, this is great.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was estimating how much time I spent on projects, but once I was clocking every minute spent on calls, emails, quotes as well as actual work done, on Officetime, It was a true representation of work I needed to bill.
At the beginning of every month I create a folder for each of my clients, the default category price, and within those, I create project folders as they arise. Every day I tap to start the timer to start a project, and tap to stop when I'm finished - nothing hard. At the end of the month I can show my clients how much time and money I've spent on each project or design (for those who I bill by the hour). For those who I've quoted in advance, I can see if I'm within budget or if I've spent longer on it. Which helps with future quotes. 
I use this along with Asana for project management.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

OfficeTime has a simple interface that is quite user friendly. I like that it's not flashy or riddled with too many functions. It does everything I need it to and nothing more. It's so handy to have software keep track of my time, because I bounce from one project to the next very frequently. I don't have to worry about losing track of valuable time that I've spent on something. 

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

So far I have not encountered any real issues with the functionality. The only complaint I have is that it's not free. Working for a small nonprofit we don't have the funds to pay for timing. I wish the service was free for nonprofits as I would be able to use it beyond the free trial. 

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

If you're able to afford this product, I highly recommend it. It has made my job so much easier, especially since I work for a small organization where we are required to track and report our own hours. This software is simple to use and very effective and customize able. 

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small nonprofit, we absolutely have to track how much time is spent on any given task or profit. This helps us stay aware of what endeavors are cost effective or not. With the timing software, we have been better able to track hours on projects. Before, we relied on memory or guess to estimate how long something had taken, but now we can trust OfficeTime to track it for us.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

OfficeTime is very quick and easy to get going right out of the box. The tool is designed to allow many ways to organize your time tracking and expenses easily.  It is very easy to group and track multiple billings rates / types based on categorization of tasks and roles. With a bit of knowledge report and invoice creation and modification is easy.  The OfficeTime staff is always very receptive and quick to help. There is a growing community and there are some great ideas that are better helping to shape options.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

OfficeTime is a great tool but as a developer I would like a bit more information on customization / tweaking of reports and invoices. Maybe a bit more documentation around what can be done for personalization.  One key feature for me that is missing is the ability to track trips (mileage). I heard others tracked as an expense item. This may be a useful option to develop in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

OfficeTime is one of the best for small business time tracking programs I have seen. The owner and staff are very receptive to comment / criticism, open to helping and take community feedback seriously.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeTime has helped get me away from managing multiple excel spreadsheets to help detail and track my day to day activities.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

I am really loving OfficeTime. Can't believe I made it in business all these years without it, and I am definitely having a better picture of how much time I've been giving away to my clients! That ends now! 😉 Wonderful, easy to use, seamless tool!

I manage multiple contracts at a time, and this makes jumping between projects and clients SO easy. The interface is very intuitive - basically just start typing in what I'm working on and my last project is pulled up. Changing client and project is as simple as using two drop down menus to shift gears.

And one of the features I REALLY love is that if I get up from my desk and go do something else, OfficeTime tracks the time I've been gone and asks if I want to keep it as part of the record (maybe I was on a call about the project and chose to walk and talk), discard the time or add it to a different project.

I also appreciate that I can filter by client and project to bring up a detailed list of my hours and costs - I cut and paste that list into my invoices so my clients have complete transparency for what they are paying for!

The developers are very responsive to questions and feature suggestions.

I can't recommend OfficeTime highly enough! Get it now, you'll be grateful you did!

Just get it and use it - it's a great product, very affordable, very functional!

I use OfficeTime for tracking my time on different projects. I am amazed at how much time I have not been recording - my billings are definitely going up!

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

The ability to create clients and projects to organize your time tracking has been very useful as I have repeat clients. The reports make it easy to see what I haven't billed for. The notes for each time segment make a great way to track what work has been done, and to look and see how long different tasks have taken.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

I am using 2.0 and as of right now the interface is a bit confusing and takes me a couple tries sometimes to find the screen I am looking for. They are very responsive so I trust things will get continue to get better as they continue development.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking time and billing for my clients and projects.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

Office Time is a pretty simple tool to use.  As a Web Developer I often times bounce from one project to another, Office Time helps me to easily switch timers between various customers.  I can also have a different rate per project or customer or type of work that is being done.  I really like that I can export out the time spent in many different ways.  I also like the new reporting function that shows you how much time you spend on each customer or project.  The invoicing is very helpful.  Also, when you export or invoice you get the option to mark those as complete.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

There isn't much to dislike.  I have tried other programs and this by far is the easiest to use and understand. 

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

If you need a time tracking software that is multi platform and has the ability to track multiple projects and clients, and provide invoicing, then this is the solution for you. It is easy to use and has some great features.  Also, they are always trying to provide improvements.

As a web developer I need to keep track of how much time tasks take so we can do precise billing per project.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

Product has been a very solid product for me for the last 3 years, it keeps an accurate breakdown of clients and clients hours.  Which I use for billing purposes.  Support is outstanding, have been working with a group of Beta testers to work on improving features, as well as adding them.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

At this point in time, I have no dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

Absolutely, great product to keep your billable time in one area works with Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android.  Will also give you the ability to keep a backup offsite in the cloud, in case of emergency.  Support is outstanding, email an issue with a screenshot and its resolved very quickly.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product is very accurate, it can run on Windows/MAC/iOS/Android.  I can be at a client site, and just start the product and stop it when I'm done.  Which allows me more accurate timing and billing for my company and clients.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

I like that this is easy to use and can be used on both computer and cell phones. It helps me get more accurate times and is helpful for when processing payroll, as well. This can even be used on an Apple Watch, which makes it so simple to use!

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

I dislike that it was a little bit complicated to learn at first, but luckily it got easier as I became more comfortable with the software. There are sometimes a few glitches, but I am hoping this will get better with time!

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

I would definitely consider using this product to make everything more simple for both the employer side and employee side. As an HR administrator, this has helped keep track of things so much!

There are so many benefits to using OfficeTime! One of the main benefits is to help keep our budget in order. We have a strict budget and this helps to make sure things are being kept in order. It can also help to show who is not doing their job and putting in the time.

The ease of use is a great feature and benefit. Having the reminders appear from time to time as well as appear in the tool bar helps make this app easily accessible and reliable.

Would like some options to provide colors for background or themes to provide some variation.

The need to keep up with time in certain cases that I have. The benefit is the ease of use and reminders provided.

**What do you like best about OfficeTime?**

Simple and Fast. Allows me to track infinite amount of projects. Project Archive feature is great. Graphs and Review tools are also great. Amazing support from company, the software is continuously developing.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTime?**

For my type of business I have projects that run years at the time - also I have a set of reoccurring tasks (about 5-10 at max), sometimes I wish I could see a matrix of project and weekdays and input my work hours ans simplified tasks that way. I understand this feature would be more specific to my office than most business.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTime:**

 I don't use the mobile version as I now sit in front of my computer most of the time, but the mobile features are also amazing.

**What problems is OfficeTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using the software now for over two years. I track every hour of work and business development with the software. In the past I have also generated bills directly from the software and it works great. It is incredibly fast and simple, It does not use the typical week matrix for input so it takes some time to get used to it, since you are looking at one project at the time when entering data. The Review features are simple and great as well. I have recommended the software to colleagues and friends and they also purchased and love it.

Extremely simple to keep track of what you do each day and track multiple projects and also easy to export it to cross-functional teams. It is highly stable and convenient.

One of the dislikes I have is lack of a unified view when running multiple paused timers and also issue occurs if there are decimal points.

Absolutely, it is one of the best time tracking software. I have used much software, but there is nothing as stable and efficient as Office time.

One of the main business problems is to keep track of time for multiple projects. Office time allows invoicing with use. Also, Can subtotal categories for a client who needs to bill different cost centers.

I use it to keep track of our projects run in the freelance or off the office, I think is very good and reliable, counting on it for some years now, not had any problems.

The design and menu are a bit outdated and would need some new options.

The software is quick and easy to use. The Project Archive is a great feature of the software. The company's support is a plus. Not only is the software reliable it is also well-organized and saves me time. Also a good price for what you receive.

There is not a thing I dislike about this product! Works very well.
