Create multiple groups. Communication is captured at Admin level and saved for review if needed. **What do you dislike about Office Chat?** I really cannot think of much I don't like. Certainly not anything they can fix, I don't think. The box pops up in the middle of my screen, interrupting my work sometimes. I suppose I can turn off the alerts. If it didn't do that and I missed something important, I'm sure I'd be complaining the other direction! **Recommendations to others considering Office Chat:** I think you will be happy with this product. We use it for a 20 Provider Medical office. **What do you dislike about Office Chat?** We had to lock it down by IP to keep communication to just the office, but once we did that it worked great. **What problems is Office Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** We alert MA's when the patient has arrived and when we need a Nurse to answer a patient question It also has created great communication with our satellite offices and those working from home. ### 7. It has features like instant notifications, adding people across the globe with or without email ids, Group chat is one added feature **What do you dislike about Office Chat?** Need to have scree recording facility which will help the presenter to record the session and share it with evry one. **Recommendations to others considering Office Chat:** Easy to use and low cost and good support. **What problems is Office Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier version was server based and if the server is shut down or restated then the chat is disabled for everyone, now that this is on the clould not need to worry about the app being down, connectivity with diversed group and being connected with all. ### 8. We like the features that gives us a slack like feel, but it is still not slack I think Slack is a better overall platform **What do you dislike about Office Chat?** I think what we are not liking is the adoption rate. It seems that people in accounting and development have different needs, and this is not a platform that will be flexible enough for them, but we will see where we are after 90 days of use. I think we will more than likely scrap it in favor of Slack. It is almost like the UI is that of Netscape Navigator era. Whereas Slack feels more modern. **Recommendations to others considering Office Chat:** I think I would look for something with a better UI **What problems is Office Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are making it easier for teams to collaborate, and meet our deadline for deployment. Allowing Seattle to chat with Texas, and Texas to chat with India, and Philippines, and Seattle all at one time. ### 9. The benefits about Office Chat is that it keeps us from picking up the phone and calling other offices so that we do not disturb the clinic flow or other incoming calls. ### 10.
