as the platform is still relatively new there are occasional formatting issues, i assume this comes from the way the original CV is formatted. they are constantly making updates to improve the service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like showing that we are real people, which enables us to have a personalised approach in a saturated market. Recruiter's tend to have a reputation, and I believe this makes us stand out as we are not only selling an opportunity but also ourselves as our biggest USP.

At the moment, there isn't anything that I dislike. My only point would be that when you make a mistake during a recording and want to re-record, it erases the whole video.

I can definitely stand out from the crowd thanks to Odro! Given that they have seen that we operate a little differently, it has undoubtedly impressed clients and candidates. We've experienced a few issues with candidates being able to view Capture links on certain devices but the support team have been super helpful looking into it!

Not dislikes but a few bits that would be awesome moving forward:

- Ability to view seperate reporting for Quickfire vs Personalised videos
