There isn't anything right now that stands out as being an area for improvement, and even if there are small parts that my team identify as a ? for them, it's easy to speak with the team and either get it resolved or sent over as an idea for the development team. **What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Odro, it was a whole entire process of either converting PDF resumes into word documents via Google Docs (clunky, not consistent, didn't transfer over all data), or typing up the resumes as word docs from scratch. Recruiter's tend to have a reputation, and I believe this makes us stand out as we are not only selling an opportunity but also ourselves as our biggest USP. It is also quick and easy to use, and for generalised videos I like that we can save these to send out as many as we need. This is more convenient for time management, particularly in recruitment, where "time kills deals." **What do you dislike about Odro?** At the moment, there isn't anything that I dislike. My only point would be that when you make a mistake during a recording and want to re-record, it erases the whole video. If you had a great start at the beginning of the video, but messed up at the end, it would be helpful if you could select time frames of what you want to keep and what you would like to retake. **What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a USP for clients, as having a list of candidates in one place is more convenient for them. If you make a mistake while recording a long video, you've to start all over again even though the mistake may have been at the end of a great recording. We're on the cusp of making two placements with a brand new customer where Odro was instrumental for engaging the customer and the candidates! **What do you dislike about Odro?** We've experienced a few issues with candidates being able to view Capture links on certain devices but the support team have been super helpful looking into it!
