There's a lot of customization possible in all the Odoo apps. The Odoo Invoice app is no different. What do you dislike about Odoo Invoicing? It requires quite some setup and if you truly want to make use of the full customization options, you'll need some IT support. Each day we have to send out hundreds of invoices because of the transactions with the customers, Odoo Invoicing helps us manage those invoices, automates sending them out and pushes them through to our accountant. Accurate costs can be obtained with the existence of several costing methods and analytic accounts to obtain detailed information for several cost centers. Unrealized gains and loss reports. You can not make advance payments for suppliers. Although the system supports multi-currency, the partner ledger report is only in one currency. No sub-ledger for receivable and payable. Multi-currency problems: Odoo automatically converts the amount to the company's currency in the journal entry. We use Odoo Invoicing to send invoices to customers and manage all of our invoicing needs. The automated emails for late payment is beneficial and saves a lot of time. The odoo invoice module is fully integrated with its sales module and already localized for many countries, included Mexico and its official e-Invoicing (CFDI). Our billing system was not integrated with our sales system, which resulted in double work and human errors when billing our sales.
