**What do you like best about ODC service?**

What we like best about Mind Supernova’s ODC service is their ability to function as a seamless extension of our internal engineering team. The onboarding process was smooth, the developers were highly skilled, and communication was transparent at every stage. Their agile structure and proactive approach allowed us to scale resources quickly without losing productivity or alignment with our roadmap.

**What do you dislike about ODC service?**

There were very few downsides to mention. Occasionally, the time zone difference required some scheduling adjustments for meetings, but the Mind Supernova team handled this effectively by maintaining overlapping working hours and clear asynchronous communication. Overall, the benefits far outweighed any minor challenges.

**What problems is ODC service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mind Supernova’s ODC service helps us address the challenge of scaling our engineering capacity without the overhead of traditional hiring. By having a dedicated offshore team, we can rapidly expand development efforts, accelerate product releases, and maintain consistent quality across projects.

The service also reduces operational costs while giving us access to specialized expertise in cloud, AI, and data engineering. This model allows our in-house team to focus on strategic priorities while the ODC team handles continuous delivery, infrastructure operations, and technical execution. This is a great place to work. People are friendly and always willing to help, which makes it easy to learn and grow. I really appreciate the supportive and collaborative environment here.
