**What do you like best about Octopus SaaS?**

What I like best about Octopus SaaS is that it’s built by transporters for transporters. When we call with questions, they already know exactly what we need. The OCTO Marketplace connects operators with vendors, giving us better pricing on products and services for the medical waste and paper shredding industry. The OCTO Field App is simple for our drivers to learn, making onboarding fast and effective. Integration was seamless. We implemented OCTO within two weeks and now we use it all day, every day as the backbone of our operation.

**What do you dislike about Octopus SaaS?**

What I dislike about Octopus SaaS is that it launched later than expected, but that was only because the company refused to release it until it was truly perfected for the industry.

**What problems is Octopus SaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Octopus SaaS solves the challenge of managing daily operations by bringing everything into one ecosystem. Scheduling generators is simple, GPS tracking keeps us connected to our trucks in real time, and the fully integrated billing module eliminates the need for multiple outside software solutions. Having all aspects of our business communicate seamlessly in one platform saves us time, reduces errors, and keeps our operation running smoothly.
