What do you like best about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?
It is not a question of "liking", the fact of the matter is that ETQ (the company) and ETQ Reliance (the QMS) are really good at a number of different things:
1. Their project teams are one of the best I have experienced.
2. ETQ is a very intuitive system
3. ETQ provides a large bank of existing training, and adds to it with ongoing training every month.
4. ETQ hosts an annual conference which provides a great deal of good information to those who attend.
5. ETQ's customer support teams have a lot of knowledge which help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
6. ETQ is configurable which is a huge asset for the company I work for in creating specific workflows and modules for our needs. So the system works around us, we don't have to work around the system.
7. ETQ's account management team for our account is amazing. We have monthly touch point meetings. They help to address our needs in the event we have a critical issue.
8. I appreciate how the company works in our best interest versus for themselves as many larger companies do.
9. I appreciated how ETQ has concurrent licensing versus having to purchase licenses for each employee which has saved us money.
10. Their help center with trainings and resources and an area where you can ask questions and customers can respond and collaborate is amazing.
There are really a lot of things that are great about ETQ and its QMS. We have had auditors come in to inspect our organization specifically telling us how much they appreciated us having ETQ and how well the audit went because of the QMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?
The benefits of ETQ definitely outweigh any negative aspect but want to be as fair in my review as I can be.
When I first jumped onto the system it was hard to customize some processes due to scripting. But this issue was resolved as ETQ provided me with scripting training in a class setting. ETQ provided me with 1:1 training. ETQ has recorded trainings. Customer Support has been of great assistance. Their Implementation Consultants have been amazing with the help with scripting. The resources they threw at me to help with this issue was actually pretty amazing.
I will also say that I was not happy with ETQ when they stopped producing hardcopy manuals for their system. I am old fashioned. They are of course available in their help center so this is not really a huge issue.
There are some issues here and there that do appear. When I experience them though ETQ typically has opened their own internal ticket to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
