Who is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) pricing best suited for?

Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)'s pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations with dedicated QMS resources and complex regulatory compliance requirements. G2 reviewers from industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food production, automotive, and manufacturing report the strongest fit, frequently citing the platform's configurability and multi-module integration as key value drivers at scale. Small businesses appear in G2 reviews but often flag cost as a barrier, with one reviewer noting it is "very expensive for a small company of one location with 50 employees." Organizations with in-house administrators or budget for implementation support will extract the most value from Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)'s pricing structure.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

According to G2's pricing data for Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance), there is no free version or free trial available. Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)'s pricing is based on a single Concurrent User (CCU) platform licensing tier, with costs available only via vendor contact. The CCU model is highlighted as more cost-effective than named-user licensing, offering flexibility for organizations where not all users need simultaneous access. G2 reviewers note that while the core platform includes essential QMS modules, additional applications, remote configuration hours, advanced analytics, and implementation services are available as paid add-ons, meaning total costs can grow substantially beyond the base license depending on organizational needs.

Is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently describe Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) as a premium investment that delivers strong returns for organizations with complex quality management needs. With an average rating of 4.5/5, most users affirm the value, citing centralized QMS capabilities, flexible workflows, and robust compliance features. However, cost concerns appear frequently across G2 reviews, particularly from small businesses and mid-market companies. Reviewers note that licensing, add-ons, remote configuration hours, and implementation services can accumulate significantly. One G2 reviewer explicitly called it "very expensive," while another noted the pricing structure is "not ideal for small companies." Organizations with dedicated QMS resources and complex compliance requirements tend to report the strongest return on investment.

"Promising Alternative, but the Learning Curve Didn’t Fit Our Aerospace Timelines"
3/5
What do you like best about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

Actually, I tried Octave as part of a testing phase to use it as a reliable alternate to another quality software that we were using. We had to reject it at the time due the existing software being better. Not tailored for our use in aerospace sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

High cost for a pivot was not a huge issue, but, the one of my review point was that it would take time to learn the system. the time taken to unlearn our current system and to learn octave would cause production timeline issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
