For my company, we do not have a way of connecting to the Database for quarries. This can make it difficult to make mass changes. If there were more method options available other than IP Sec Tunnel usage, it would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, I can assure you that it is excellent software and solves many problems, especially when selecting documents and recording them on paper. Sometimes I spend a lot of time searching for ways to make (what should be) simple configuration changes. I wish there was a User Manual for administrators - if there is one, I wish I could find it. "Not just a Quality Management System.....Much More!"

What do you like best about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)?

It's a one stop shop for our Quality, Environmental and Safety systems. We have implemented several of the modules including, CAPA CI, Change Management, Records, Document Control, Meeting Minutes, Centralized Reporting, Incident Reporting, Observation Records, Task Management, and Permit Control. We have customized most of the modules we use which is a benefit and one of the reasons we chose ETQ many years ago. Reliance is used by many team members on daily basis. Being able to use single sign-on has been a significant benefit to our team members as well. I have worked with ETQ products for years and truly appreciate the customer support which has helped in the ease of integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We struggle with the support at times. I'm not the best at script writing or working through things myself. The support seems to be hands off sometimes and require hours to provide support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the system as the standard Quality Management System, Documentation of Capas, Deviations, document control, Meeting management, Change Management, Audits, and a customized Privacy and Security Incidents.
