Oboard Strategy Execution Platform Reviews & Product Details

Oboard Strategy Execution Platform gives leadership a single, high-level view of strategy and OKRs across every team and function - while the teams doing the work keep tracking progress in the tools they already use, whether that's Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or monday.com. Company strategies usually fail not because the plan was wrong, but because it broke the moment it left the room it was written in - trapped in a slide deck, disconnected from the tools where the actual work happens. Oboard is built to solve that specific failure. Objectives and Key Results stay tied to real work across every connected tool, so progress updates automatically instead of depending on someone remembering to fill in a spreadsheet before the next leadership review. For executives who don't live inside any one of those tools day to day, Oboard Strategy Execution Platfrom is the one place to see how the entire organization's objectives are progressing - no need to check five different systems or wait for a status update to be compiled. For the teams actually doing the work, OKRs stay embedded directly where they already operate. Core features: ✔️ Unified Dashboard - pulls live data from every connected tool into one strategic view ✔️ Cross-platform OKR alignment - Jira, Salesforce and monday.com under one strategy ✔️ ✔️ Oboard AI - automate your OKR cycle routine by drafting OKRs and Check-ins, and getting detailed alignment and engagement reports, or connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant to uncover deeper insights, powered by your company's specific strategic context. ✔️ Strategy Map - cascade company-level goals down to team OKRs and the daily work initiatives behind them, so the connection from top to bottom is visible, not assumed ✔️ Cross-project OKR Roadmap - see the full strategic timeline in one place, even across teams working in separate Jira projects ✔️ Metrics alongside OKRs - track KPIs and other measurable outcomes as their own Strategy Components, with or without a parent Objective ✔️ Custom Dashboards - historical progress data, across teams and roles, exportable to PDF, Excel, CSV, or via API ✔️ Automated check-ins - reminders and update prompts delivered via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, so status updates happen without a meeting ✔️External data sources connection - pull data to Oboard by connecting to PowerBI or via API to keep accurate track of your progress. Beyond the software, Oboard's team provides OKR consulting, certification, and hands-on onboarding - so that your teams get fully supported not just through tool adoption, but also through mastering the OKR methodology.
