## About Objectionly
Objectionly is an AI revenue intelligence and sales coaching platform built for SMB to mid market sales teams. As sales headcount gets larger, it becomes harder to keep up with call review and quality control of the sales team for sales leaders, so Objectionly automates this. It connects to your existing call recording stack and analyzes your sales calls to give managers visibility into why deals are won or lost — without requiring them to manually review recordings. While tools like Gong exist that are similar to us, we aim to be affordable, easy to use, fast to set up, and designed for short sales cycles. The Problem It Solves Most sales managers have no real visibility into what&#39;s happening on their team&#39;s calls. They rely on rep self reporting, gut feel, or occasional call shadowing to identify coaching opportunities. Objectionly automates that process by surfacing objection patterns, rep performance gaps, and deal outcomes directly from your existing call data. What Makes It Different Objectionly is purpose built for high call volume, short sales cycle sales teams in mortgage, lending, insurance, &amp; professional services — verticals where call quality directly drives revenue. Unlike general purpose conversation intelligence tools, Objectionly layers analytics and coaching intelligence on top of your existing recording setup, so there&#39;s no ripping and replacing your current stack. Key Features Sales call review takes forever, but what makes it so time consuming is finding the moments that matter. Objectionly surfaces these key moments that block deals from closing &amp; dials from becoming set appointments, and allows you to click into them to immediately watch how reps are handling this. Even without watching, you can see what went wrong, and see the coaching feedback they need to implement to improve. Our other core feature is call scoring by using your exact sales scripts and playbooks. While we have call scoring using Sandler, BANT, SPIN selling, and MEDDPICC, most of our users love customizing their Objectionly account to their exact sales process. This allows you to see what aspect of the sales process each rep is struggling with, and how that actually affects set rates + close rates. Whether it&#39;s uncovering pain, handing objections, or the actual pitch, it&#39;ll show what reps do well at or struggle with most.

**What do you like best about Objectionly?**

What I like best about Objectionly is that it gives our team a clearer, more objective way to review sales calls and improve. Before using it, call feedback could easily become subjective or based on memory. 

Objectionly helps us identify specific moments in a call where our team handled things well, missed an opportunity, or needed to ask better questions.

For Zara Tutoring, the biggest value is that it gives us a better system for coaching our sales team. We can review calls more efficiently, spot patterns across multiple conversations, and use the scores and feedback to decide where someone needs support. 

It has been especially helpful for improving consistency, accountability, and follow-up after calls.

**What do you dislike about Objectionly?**

Nothing really. The price, onboarding, performance, integrations and interface is top notch.

**What problems is Objectionly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Objectionly is helping us solve the problem of inconsistent sales call review and coaching. As a tutoring company, our consultation calls matter a lot because parents are making an important decision about their child’s academic support. We need our team to ask the right questions, understand the parent’s real concerns, explain the value clearly, and handle objections well.

Before Objectionly, reviewing calls was more manual and subjective. Now we have a more structured way to evaluate conversations, identify patterns, and coach our team based on actual call data instead of just gut feeling. 

It helps us see where our closers are strong and where they need improvement, whether that is discovery, objection handling, follow-up, or making the next step clear.

The benefit is better accountability, faster coaching, and more consistent sales execution across the team. It also saves time because we can quickly identify which calls need attention and what specific skills need to be worked on.

**What do you like best about Objectionly?**

I like that Objectionly makes my job as a sales manager/owner easier. I appreciate how it listens and scores every single call based on our best agents, helping sales agents mimic best practices. This feature helps increase our revenue. The initial setup was super easy, it's like plug and play, and it makes it very easy to navigate. They do a really good job overall and are super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Objectionly?**

Maybe just offer more features like webhooks from CRM to Objectionly, putting notes down on the files in our sales CRM. But other than that, there's really not a whole lot. They do a really good job. And they're super helpful.

**What problems is Objectionly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Objectionly keeps our sales agents compliant and producing high-level sales. It scores calls based on our top agents, helping mimic best practices and increase revenue, making my job easier.

**What do you like best about Objectionly?**

I use Objectionly to review calls and see where my agents are performing well and where we can improve. I love that I get a bunch of time back because I don't have to listen to the whole call fully. It's instant feedback on what went well throughout the call and where we need help, and it gives coaching advice to share with my agents, which is very helpful. So far, I don't have any complaints—it's very easy to use. It's hooked up to our softphone RingCentral, which has integrated nicely. The initial setup was very simple, with Mazen and Jack providing support and always checking in every step of the way.

**What do you like best about Objectionly?**

What I like best about Objectionly is that the AI reasoning and coaching actually feels actionable instead of generic. I was honestly skeptical at first because our sales niche is pretty nuanced, but the platform does a surprisingly strong job identifying objections, buying behaviors, weak spots, and providing coaching opportunities in a way that aligns with real conversations. We're able to get it up and running really quickly, now it just becomes more about us utilizing it much more. Great tool.

**What do you dislike about Objectionly?**

The biggest limitation for me right now is around exporting and analyzing data at scale. The AI insights inside the platform are honestly the strongest part of the product, especially the objections, buying reasons, pain points, aspirations, and coaching analysis, but currently the downloadable transcript export is fairly limited and mostly includes the transcript and framework score.

As someone managing and coaching a team, I’d love deeper export functionality so I can analyze themes across reps externally using tools like ChatGPT or Claude. For example, being able to export structured coaching insights, objections, summaries, and buying behavior data in bulk would make it much easier to identify trends and build individualized coaching plans over time.

That said, one of the reasons this feels less frustrating than with other software is because the Objectionly team is very responsive and clearly still iterating quickly. A lot of the limitations I brought up were already being considered or actively developed, which gives me confidence in the direction of the platform.

**What problems is Objectionly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Objectionly is solving the problem of inconsistent coaching, and limited visibility into what clients are actually thinking during the buying process. Before using it, a lot of sales feedback relied on gut feeling, or isolated manager observations. Now we can consistently identify patterns across conversations, including objection handling, missed buying signals, weak closing techniques, emotional drivers, and areas where reps may be drifting from best practices without realizing it.

One of the biggest unexpected benefits has been how much deeper insight we now have into our clients themselves. We’re learning far more about common buying aspirations, emotional motivators, recurring fears, objections, and decision-making patterns across our sales process. That kind of visibility is incredibly valuable because it improves not only coaching, but also messaging, marketing, positioning, and overall understanding of our audience psychology. It's reinvigorated my mind on our audience, and I appreciate rolling up my sleeves to have somewhere to go and look into what people are saying and how they're saying it (we plug into objectionly via Zoom)

Objectionly helps surface what is actually happening beneath the surface with data-backed analysis and AI reasoning that is surprisingly nuanced.

Instead of vague feedback like “tighten up your calls,” we can pinpoint specifics.

We’ve identified a recurring sync issue: when we prepare a call in advance, the playback/interface fails to load until the system is manually refreshed. It seems the data isn't auto-populating without a page reload.

I love how Objectionly shows me trends that I never knew existed between customers who don't buy and those who do. The reports it provides are fantastic, offering an overview across all my calls. I appreciate the scoring system it has on every single call. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the Objectionly team helped make the process seamless.
