## About Nurturev
nRev AI is a GTM workflow automation platform built for RevOps teams, GTM leaders, and growth operators at B2B SaaS companies. It enables teams to build, run, and automate go-to-market workflows using AI agents — without writing code or relying on engineering resources. The platform includes a natural language AI Builder that converts a plain-language description of a GTM process into a drag-and-drop editable workflow. Teams can test workflows in Test Mode at no cost before running them in production. nRev is purpose-built for go-to-market use cases. It includes a GTM Ontology that allows the AI to natively understand revenue data models such as leads, accounts, signals, and pipeline stages. A Knowledge House maps the team&#39;s existing tool stack automatically. Agents follow deterministic, step-by-step logic rather than open-ended reasoning, making workflow outcomes predictable and auditable. Human-in-the-loop approvals are built into the platform natively. Common workflows built on nRev include signal-based outbound triggered by hiring activity, funding rounds, or technology changes; LinkedIn engagement converted into pipeline; website visitor intent scoring with automated follow-up; CRM contact enrichment and hygiene; competitor prospect monitoring; and founder-led sales pipeline management. nRev uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed when workflows run in Standard Mode. Test Mode is permanently free. Plans range from $149 per month to $2,499 per month, with custom options available for higher volumes. Every new workspace receives free credits to get started. nRev is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

**What do you like best about Nurturev?**

Using Nurturev digital experience, we could transform our client engagement strategy & manage them effectively. I don't see a need of dedicated CSMs to manage my long-tail customers anymore. Loved the value proposition!

**What do you dislike about Nurturev?**

Product is still in beta & would be super helpful for CS teams to manage & grow their long-tail customers. I wish they go to market soon & get more CS leaders to use it. Would love to see the market validating the need for such a tool.

**What problems is Nurturev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Better CSM productivity- Better use of my CS team members for more personalised engagement & relationship building activities with our customers and not get drained in daily redundant tasks
2. Slack-first approach- offering my team a seamless client communication & easier triaging
3. Plug & play- Easy integrations with my org. tools like Mixpanel, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc. to give me a holistic view of my customers' journey
4. Focus on proactive CS approach to manage my customers with a futuristic analytics dashboard
5. Easy management of my low touch accounts to scale with them
