What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

NuovoTeam PTT is very easy to use. I have never needed to contact anyone from their team to learn about the functionality. It was all straightforward, and my love for its simple interface is beyond words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NuovoTeam?

The incoming PTT messages always stay on the notification bar until I open and read them, but when I miss the incoming broadcast, the notifications for the most recent ones don't show unless I open the app. This causes me to miss some important messages. If you are not actively using NuovoTeam when you receive a new message, NuovoTeam should notify you of the new message before it arrives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NuovoTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

For communication with my teammates, I use NuovoTeam. The ability to quickly communicate information or ideas without having to write it all out in a text is convenient. What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

If you need to quickly share work-related updates with your entire team or with a specific member via voice message, NuovoTeam PTT is perfect for that. It's very useful for brainstorming with your coach when you're in the online coaching industry. I can just record a PTT message and my coach can hear them as soon as they receive it. Even if they are not near the phone, they can playback the PTT message and revert back. This is changing the online communication industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NuovoTeam?

When a large number of people in your contact are using the software, there can be a lot of notifications to bear! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NuovoTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I am a life coach, during having a coaching session online, I use NuovoTeam to coordinate with my tech team and production team. The private chat feature can be used if certain individuals should only be able to view or hear your conversation. There's nothing more helpful than having a tool that helps me to communicate with the clients spread all over the country in different time zones. "I didn’t find NuovoTeam complicated to use"

What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

With the possibility to send PTT audio messages, images, or data to my different groups created on the app based on the locations my on-field team is spread, I feel that the response time is very quick as they also receive the message instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NuovoTeam?

The only dislike that occurs to me with this app is that the broadcast message doesn’t stop at all. There is a constant live broadcast as soon as the message is received and most of them don’t concern me. What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

I can easily send our on-field team a PTT message or even texts at times when I need to send them a media file like an image or a document without a lot of effort on our part - a single click of a button does the trick! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NuovoTeam?

The only dislike that I felt about using the NuovoTeam app is when I am in a middle of a phone call, the incoming PTT message doesn’t broadcast out-live just like it does when the phone is idle, and there is an incoming PTT message. By using this system, our less tech-savvy employees are able to quickly make sure that their managers are getting all the relevant information they are looking for, like location tracking, clock-in/out schedule, etc., before it slips their minds. What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

No issues have been encountered so far with the application. But it would be nice if all the individuals using the NuovoTeam app had the location tracking feature to see which other co-workers are nearby and take aid when nearby. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NuovoTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

The transit authority we're part of is a small one. Our most pressing need is communication. NuovoTeam Push-to-Talk app has resolved most of our concerns as when we used to use walkie-talkies, most of the areas had dead signals and it would frighten us if something bad has happened with our delivery partners. What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

Using NuovoTeam, I can communicate with my organization in a way that is less intrusive than phone calls and more immediate than instant messages. It is okay to send a message over Slack, and most of the time an e-mail is adequate. Text messages are acceptable sometimes, and we all have smartphones, but emergency information has to be sent instantly, and NuovoTeam is the best at this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NuovoTeam:

It would be easy to replace Walkie-talkie devices with an IP-based intercom system, but that's not the case. Using NuovoTeam, everything is transparent, from corporate directory to Push-to-Talk. What do you like best about NuovoTeam?

Just like a walkie-talkie, we were able to send a PTT message to any member of our team in a second with just a push of a button. I found the push-to-talk app made by NuovoTeam to be very user-friendly. Both in the warehouse and on the field, it was a great help, at least for my company.
