We keep getting emails every week from them asking us to update our resale certificate, even though we've repeatedly requested that they just charge us tax. Our responses seem to go nowhere, and we keep getting the same emails. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like spam. The platform is horrible, and they are non-responsive.
