They design their own AI and Ml algos and software, using what we know about how biological brains work to inspire their designs. They hold weekly, online seminars on their research, journbal cluns, and there is a mini-course on how to understand their research (HTM). **What do you dislike about Numenta?** Numenta is run professionally, efficiently, and with an eye for service. We have no issues working together with them. I can't think of anything I dislike, truly. **Recommendations to others considering Numenta:** Start with Matt Taylor's excellent online course before you try the software. **What problems is Numenta solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage enterprise-wide computer usage, and monitor usage to detect load anomalies.
