They did a good job of learning our path lab workflow and helped us integrate the app into our daily routine during implementation. The tight integration with third-party apps limits or even eliminates human intervention steps, like importing path results into the EMR or sending CDC reporting manually. NovoPath allows for EMR integration and decreases the risk of patient matching errors while also improving cancer reporting via HL7. The path report integration with EMRs is particularly beneficial. **What do you dislike about NovoPath?** I feel that their update process has taken a bit of a step back this year. I am confused by the communication of LIVE dates, and there are a number of bugs that I am still waiting for resolution on. **What problems is NovoPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find NovoPath allows for EMR integration, decreases patient matching errors, and improves cancer reporting via HL7. Our team's workflow benefits from its tight integration with third-party apps, reducing manual steps like importing path results and managing CDC reporting. ### 2. We are yet to set up barcoding and tracking system when the sample can be timestamped and tracked from the receiving to signed out with the username on it. **What problems is NovoPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping with IHC, SS and IMS integration, bulk accessioning, automated report delivery and billing extract. ### 3. I know if I put a ticket in, we will have answers shortly. **What do you dislike about NovoPath?** There really has not been anything negative that we found with the system yet. We are a small lab, so we do not utilize all of the features, but it is nice to know they are there if we do grow. **What problems is NovoPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** Novopath has solved our issue of finding control tissue to use for special and IHC stains. When we implemented Novo360 they were able to tailor a management report to find cases within the system to use for tissue controls- saving us money from having to buy them or asking another lab to provide us with tissue. ### 4.
