What do you dislike about Novisto?

Does not meet all our disclosure needs:

- We would have liked to have a writing module that allows multiple users to work simultaneously.

- Difficult to integrate data into a Word document and manage decimals.

In our opinion, the request tracking table is insufficiently complete. We create an external one in Excel to track various indicators including: name, role and title of participants, start and due date, status of the request (in participation, in audit, returned to participant, completed, etc.), date of rejection, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Novisto?

The Novisto team has developed a very useful tool in just a few short years, and really has the pulse of ESG space. They convene practitioners for an annual forum and are constantly learning from their customers and evolving the platform itself. It's not a perfect ESG tool, but it's the best I've seen out there in my 15+ years in the industry. It was straightforward and relatively easy to implement. What do you dislike about Novisto?

The platform is easy to use for those familiar with ESG, but it could use some slimmed-down interfaces for casual data providers. There are also some key features, such as entering data more frequently than annual, that will really advance the usefulness of the platform to replace manual ESG processes. What problems is Novisto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novisto is our single source of truth for ESG data, which we use for reporting, disclosure to investors and ESG ratings/rankings, and dashboarding for our executive management and board. It replaces data scattered across emails, slacks, spreadsheets, and documents. The software continues to evolve and improve, giving me confidence that the Novisto team will help ESG practitioners automate the mundane tasks of ESG metrics tracking, disclosure, and reporting so that we can focus on the real work of improving the sustainability of our operations. What do you like best about Novisto?

We love that Novisto provides a single store of data for our ESG information. If we use our annual ESG report as an input, Novisto provides us with the ability to leverage our existing data as an output to answer ESG rating agencies and develop additional disclosures. The platform is collaborative in the sense that we can work with internal partners to gather data from several business units, and we also actively work with the Novisto team to request support and suggest platform enhancements. What do you dislike about Novisto?

While we are very happy with the platform, we recognize that it is in its early stages of development and doesn't have all of the functionality that we know it will have in the future.
