How it Works - Install Noty extension - Start Google Meet in Chromium browser (Google Chrome, Opera, Brave, Microsoft Edge) - Get a real-time transcript (an easily readable format, speakers labeling, timecodes) - Get meeting notes, summaries with keywords, highlights, action items (for English-speaking meetings) - Review, edit, save and share (integrated with Google Docs) How to Use - Pin extension for easy access (Though not required, we recommend you pin the extension to your toolbar. Just because an extension is unpinned, it doesn’t mean it’s not active). - Sign in via Google account - Captions will be enabled automatically. Make it work on your demand: stop the transcribing before joining the meeting, click pause or resume buttons during the meeting. - Click the Google Meet menu ? button and go to Captions to change the language. What do you dislike about Noty?

I purchased 9 business seats for my team in mid October, from the beginning the very basic features (summaries of meetings) did not work, the email summaries we were receiving which were one to two sentence summaries for hour long meetings kept asking us to upgrade our service when we upgraded from the beginning, I first reached out in early November to the support team because I thought it might be user error, then it took them more than a full week to get back to me. Now, almost 2 months later and I'm in discussion with the Natalie Marina, founder and CEO at Noty.ai and they refuse to refund for the service that is still not working. *** I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH USE A DIFFERENT AI NOTE TAKING SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED*** Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could say UX, price, etc. I like it, it's true.

Gathering all the information given during all the week meeting is almost impossible and a lot of mistakes are made following this issue.

It enables me to get my meeting summaries in 4 different types (summaries, action items, tasks, and decisions). I also can create a meeting follow-up email with just one click.
