I really like how Nossa Data allows multiple ESG reporting frameworks to be managed within a single company portal. The platform is easy to navigate, and the guidance provided for each question helps clarify the purpose behind the reporting requirements.

Another great feature is the Alignment feature, it supports interoperability between different ESG frameworks. e.g. it can identify corresponding data points between GRI and ESRS. This significantly reduces the reporting burden by allowing data reported under one framework to be referenced in another.

Plus, from a non-technical perspective, I find Nossa's monthly newsletter quite helpful to stay up to date on ESG trends and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a complaint but a suggestion. It would be helpful if the portal had a feature to compare our company's ESG scores with peers in the same industry. The functionality to export data to Excel, PDF and Word made it really easy to save and share data internally without lots of manual effort. The in-app guidance was also helpful for collaboration, with teams able to see past answers, peer information, and leverage AI pre-fill data to help guide our benchmarking process and refine our answers. One or two features to decrease manual admin, such as marking questions as completed in less clicks and perhaps a couple more feature explanations in the platform would be helpful. That said, more of a suggestion than something we disliked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nossa is a small shop of experts with a simple platform that helps sustainability professionals like me - understaffed and overworked - coordinate company SME responses and data for input into the CDP platform and other ESG ratings questionnaires. Setup/integration is web-based and simple, and the Nossa team is very responsive to questions. It's easy to onboard other company SMEs so that they can enter their data/responses and the sustainabilty team can track completions, etc. Beyond response workflow and tracking, Nossa also does monthly checkins where they offer consulting expertise on ESG questionnaires. Least helpful was monthly consulting calls during the ratings questionnaire off-season, and the AI-generated keyword list suggesting potential gaps in our CDP responses. AI, meh. Not terribly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I very much appreciate that there are up-to-date reporting frameworks in the tool, including ESRS, which were implemented very quickly. The ease of exporting files in various formats makes it very easy to work internally on disclosures and not have to find your way through several hundred pages of regulations. The platform was also a great support for me in the process of preparing responses to the CDP questionnaire, and the submittion process went very smoothly. Worth noting is the great involvement of the Nossa Data team in ongoing contact with users. I truly feel taken care of. The SSO login and ISO certification give a great sense of security to the user. Nossa Data is an efficient platform that meets our needs well, with great attention to detail in replicating complex standards and disclosure platforms. One area for improvement would be in the handling of conditional logic. Nossa could more closely mirror the disclosure platforms in this regard. For future enhancements, it would also be helpful to have a view-only access option, allowing users to navigate Nosaa Data without editing rights. Nossa Data allows for the centralization of our sustainability reporting work and materials, providing better and faster collaboration and data consultation throughout the year, with a great variety of templates.
