**What do you like best about Nortridge Loan Servicing?**

NLS has the ability to be customized and tuned to our needs. This is crucial in our niche market.

**What do you dislike about Nortridge Loan Servicing?**

We have had a few issues regarding support, and technical problems that need quick solutions seem to stick around for elongated periods of time.

**What problems is Nortridge Loan Servicing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to monitor our loans very closely on a daily basis to ensure compliance within our dealings and well as compliance with state regulations. NLS can cover facets that would otherwise have to be calculated and searched for.
