## About Northstack
Northstack is an all-in-one platform for small teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need enterprise software. People, time off, sales and payroll records live in one workspace, and every module shares the same employee records, so nothing is typed twice. People & HR: one profile per employee with departments, reporting lines, custom fields, employee self-service, and custom roles and permissions. Time off: policies with their own rules (days per year, paid or unpaid, approval required, annual or monthly accrual), requests routed to each person's manager, live balances that never go negative, holiday calendars imported by country, business or calendar days per policy, company-wide days off, carry-over or expiry at year end, and a team calendar. Approved time off syncs to Google Calendar. Sales CRM: companies, contacts and deals moving through pipelines with your own stages, in grid or Kanban view, with tasks, notes and follow-ups. Payroll tracking: a clear record of compensation, pay runs and pay stubs for your team. Northstack never moves money, so you keep paying your team the way you do today. Also included: dashboards, an activity log, CSV import and export, and Google Calendar and Google Meet integration.
