Norssa Reviews & Product Details

Norssa is recurring-visit tracking software for companies that send technicians to customers under service contracts: pest control, fire extinguisher inspection, automatic door maintenance, heating, heat pumps and air conditioning. It computes the next due date of every contract and flags overdue visits. It plans the technicians' week automatically: each visit is placed in the days before its due date, never after, grouped with the other visits due and the appointments already booked in the same area. The schedule stays editable by hand. Customers are notified before the visit. Each technician gets the day's visits on their phone, with no app to install, and marks each visit as done, done with a note, or to be rescheduled; missed visits are rescheduled automatically. Norssa focuses on recurrence and visit tracking: it does not handle detailed intervention reports, quotes, invoices or registers. Priced per company, not per technician, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Designed in Belgium for companies in Belgium and France, data hosted in Europe. Interface in French.
