Équipe (Team)

For teams of up to 5 technicians, with planning optimised by area. Everything in Solo, plus visits grouped by area in the planning, unlimited customers under contract, WhatsApp and SMS reminders (billed at cost), multi-site customers and import of your Excel file. Price per company, excl. VAT. Annual plan: 84 EUR per month, onboarding included.

Pro

179 EUR per month excl. VAT

For multi-depot companies and customers subject to audits, up to 12 technicians. Everything in Équipe, plus several depots and teams, visit reports for audits (HACCP, BRC, IFS), roles and permissions per user, API and export. Extra technicians beyond 12: 15 EUR per month each. Price per company, excl. VAT. Annual plan: 152 EUR per month, onboarding included.

Norssa is priced per company, not per technician, within the technician limit of each plan: Solo (1 to 2 technicians) 49 EUR, Équipe (up to 5) 99 EUR, Pro (up to 12) 179 EUR per month, excl. VAT. The annual plan costs 15% less and includes onboarding (import of your customer file, setup of areas, technicians and contract types, and a one-hour video session), otherwise billed 290 EUR excl. VAT once. Monthly plans have no commitment. 14-day free trial of the Équipe plan, no credit card required.
