## About Nonverbia
It's not what you say. It's how you say it. Deals are won or lost in moments no transcript captures, a buyer leaning in, attention drifting, an objection left unsaid. Nonverbia shows you what buyers actually felt on every sales call, so you know which deals are real, what to fix in your pitch, and what to do next. It joins your calls on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, and works for in-person meetings too. After every meeting you get: A buyer-readiness score with a plain verdict, is this deal real? Time-stamped buying signals and deal risks, tied to the exact moment they happened Attention, engagement, and sentiment for every participant across the call A summary, prioritized action items, and a ready-to-send follow-up Private coaching tips for the rep, specific, and tied to real moments, never surveillance Managers get a team dashboard with scores, coaching trends, and the strongest moments across the team, back the right deals and coach with evidence, not opinion. ## Nonverbia Reviews
 ### 1. Accurate Transcriptions and Smart Follow-Ups Made Nonverbia a Daily Essential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian P. | Presidente, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

How I use Nonverbia (+ Claude) to build a "clone" of myself that writes in my voice.

Before Nonverbia I tried a couple of other call transcription/analysis tools, but none of them really convinced me. This is the one I feel most comfortable with, and not for just one reason. It's a combination of things that, put together, made me build a real system on top of it, not just use it as an archive of transcripts.

Let's start with the features I use every day exactly as they are, with no automation of mine on top. The skill that prepares the follow-up email to the client right after the call is the one that saves me the most work. Normally that kind of email I only write the day after, with a clear head, but with Nonverbia I have it ready while I still have all the details of the conversation fresh in mind. And I really like the automatic association of the call to the company I was talking to. It lets me filter the history by client very comfortably, something that with other tools I had to do by hand, renaming files or keeping a separate sheet. This feature is more useful than it sounds, because I don't only use it to search an old call: I feed the filtered calls to my AI agents that work for specific companies, so every agent gets the real context of the conversations had with that company, not a generic summary.

Also the evaluation Nonverbia gives, both to me and to the client, on the single call, I find it realistic, not the usual inflated report card. It made me notice things about my own behavior that I would not have caught at the moment (dead time, moments where I talk too much instead of letting the client speak), and it's one of the few pieces of feedback I actually use to correct myself, not just read and archive.

On the technical side, the MCP integration was simple. I connected it as a connector and it worked without the usual complications I have to deal with on other services. And the interface is nicely done and functional, you can tell it's built to be used every day, not just to exist.

The part I built on top myself is the "clone". Every night an instance of Claude, running headless, ingests the new calls and extracts metrics text based, directly from the transcript. For this specific use I ignore the automatic Nonverbia score on purpose, because here I need the verbatim text of what I actually said, not a score (a different use case from the coaching one above, where the score is exactly what I read and find useful). In parallel I export my sent emails from Thunderbird. The two sources do different jobs: the content, the ideas, the examples, the numbers, always comes from the call, my own words, verbatim.

The voice, the rhythm, the little quirks, how I build sentences, comes from the emails. Claude then writes posts or drafts combining the two, and the accuracy of Nonverbia's transcription is what makes the whole rest reliable. I learned the hard way that if I let the model "invent" content just from style rules, the result sounds fake and sometimes puts theses in my mouth that I never said. Anchoring everything to the transcript keeps it faithful to what I actually said in the call, and that faithfulness, more than the transcription itself, is the reason building a system like this on top of it makes sense.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

Nothing, I haven't found any flaws so far.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Nonverbia, the real problem was not "I don't have a recording of the call", it was that I had no reliable, structured way to turn what happened in a call into something usable right after. The follow-up email was written the day after, from memory, already losing details. The call history was organized by hand, renaming files or keeping a separate sheet to know which call belonged to which client. And I had no honest read on my own behavior on the call, I was basically guessing whether I talked too much or left too much dead air.

Nonverbia solves all three at once, and that's the benefit for me: speed, organization and honesty. The follow-up email is ready right after the call, while I still remember the details, so it goes out faster and more accurate. The automatic company association means I can filter my whole call history by client in a click, and that same filtered data becomes fuel for my AI agents that work per client, they get the real conversations, not a generic summary. And the evaluation, on me and on the client, is realistic enough that I actually use it to correct habits, not just to read it and move on.

But the benefit that mattered most for me is a bit less obvious: because the transcription is accurate and verbatim, I could trust it enough to build something on top. I use Claude to turn those transcripts into content, posts, drafts, that sound like me, because the content comes from my exact words in the call, not from a summary or from the model guessing. Without that level of transcription accuracy, that whole system simply would not work, it would drift from what I actually said within a few uses.

 ### 2. Streamlined Sales Process with Insightful Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I like Nonverbia because it structures each meeting and makes them easy to work with, which is really important in sales. I also appreciate how it gives me the probability of closing each deal, so I know what's important and what isn't. During meetings, Nonverbia helps me focus on being helpful to customers by transcribing the discussions and evaluating signals, highlighting what is important for customers and what they fear. After the meetings, it creates a score for each customer and notes buying signals and deal risks, which I find helpful for follow-ups. I use this information to write follow-up emails using buying signals and deal risks. Also, setting up Nonverbia was extremely easy. I didn't switch from any other product because Nonverbia's structured approach quickly improves the early sales process and boosts effectiveness. Plus, I already recommended it to others, giving it a 10 out of 10, and if possible, I'd rate it a 100 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

The thing that is crazy important for me is to have the Nonverbia output as soon as possible. Currently, it works in a way that analyzing the meeting takes roughly about the same time as the meeting itself. So for example, if I have a 30-minute meeting with a customer, I wait another 30 minutes for Nonverbia to finish analyzing the meeting. Ideally, having the output right after the meeting would be great. Another thing would be offering only to me how the meeting is going in real time. So, for example, during the call having feedback that this is not what interests the customer or giving me tips that I should talk more about this topic.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nonverbia to streamline my sales process, prioritize customers, and improve conversions by analyzing meetings for buying signals and deal risks. It structures meetings, scores customers, and saves me time by defining effective sales strategies and evaluating meeting outcomes.

 ### 3. Nonverbia’s AI sharpened our selling skills with easy UI and smooth RAYNET CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radomir C. | CRM Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I really like that it gives me feedback on small but important details in my counterparty’s behavior. It’s impressive how effectively Nonverbia's AI helps me improve my selling skills. The UI is simple and easy to use from the very start. We managed to integrate it via API with our RAYNET CRM and it works like a charm. Onboarding was perfect even in beta version months ago and from their support I always got my answers. It's realiable and it can handle even 3 hour long meetings easily.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

It’s a bit frustrating that it can take tens of minutes to process. That said, I’ve heard there will be a massive update :-)

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s impossible for me to constantly monitor the body language of every participant. With Nonverbia, I can focus on what matters to them and cut down on my long monologues.

 ### 4. Excellent for Coaching Sales Reps and Tracking Team Progress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomislav K. | Chief Sales Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

Great product for coaching sales reps. I’ve been using it weekly to track my team’s progress, see how well they’re running demos, and identify the areas where they need to improve.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

Everything works well and I haven’t run into any issues. I’m happy with both the product and the service.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a full overview of the quality of the demos my team is running. We also use the transcripts to understand the most common objections, how well our team handles them, which features are requested most often, what pains our customers are feeling, and what the “wow” moments are in the meetings.

This doesn’t just help us improve sales; it also provides content ideas for marketing and supports our product roadmap.

 ### 5. Valuable Insights with Room for Internal Meeting Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip . | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I really like the sentiment analysis and feedback in Nonverbia, as it helps me understand my performance in presentations better. I appreciate the diverse information it provides beyond a pure transcript and summary, which allows for a more comprehensive overview. The metrics and follow-up emails are quite helpful, and I like being able to input information directly into our CRM. It's nice that it automatically joins my meetings with Outlook, which adds to the convenience.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

It doesn't work well for internal meetings. Because all the metrics don't really give a nice overview in translation of the tasks we're handling internally. Maybe having a separate system or UI for internal meetings rather than just focusing on sales meetings would be better. Also, the setup is relatively easy and straightforward, but there's an issue when both the CEO and I join the same meetings, which results in both of us joining twice under different accounts, and that can get a bit annoying.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like Nonverbia for the sentiment feedback that enhances my presentation performance. It provides diverse metrics and insights, allowing me to improve client interactions by targeting pain points and creating stronger follow-ups.

 ### 6. Elevates Meeting Management with Key Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas L. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I like having all my meeting notes organized in one place with Nonverbia. It's great that it records video as well, so everything isn't just told in the meeting—I can actually see what was presented and observe the feelings and behaviors of people, which is really useful. Connecting to calls is seamless, and I can go back to check how meetings were conducted, which is valuable since I have a growing team.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

I find it strange when we have meetings with more people from my company, and there are more Nonverbia bots connecting. It looks quite odd because when I have a meeting with three people, and only one is from outside my company, there are already four people from my company, making it two persons and two bots. It should be just one bot at once.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have all my meeting notes in one place, and Nonverbia records video so I can see people's feelings. I have evidence of presentations and can check meetings later, which helps with managing my team.

 ### 7. Powerful Nonverbal Analysis with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip . | Head of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I like the transcript feature in Nonverbia and the option to gather a lot of information without needing to ask Sales Managers. It helps with analyzing meeting transcripts through AI and fills in CRM data, which saves time. It also provides feedback to our Sales Managers and supervisors, proving that meetings really happened and helping teach our Sales Managers how to improve.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

I would say the management reports and interface for managers is not that perfect. You also need to pay for all users, even those that don't use Nonverbia for recording the meetings, but just for viewing data. Also the support is not very fast these days and I need to follow-up through e-mails and calls to remind it. There is no support desk where I could see the tickets I sent and what is their status/estimated time of fixing it.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nonverbia to record transcripts that automatically update our CRM, saving our Sales Managers the hassle of writing reports. It confirms meetings for compensation purposes and helps supervisors train managers on meeting improvements.

 ### 8. Detailed Sales Analysis, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I like the level of detail that Nonverbia gives and the to-do lists and action items after every call, the feedback for the salesperson is often genuine and insightful. It's able to spot things well and does more than the usual sales analytics tool. I also think it's great that the feedback about any new features gets right to the developers and founders of Nonverbia, helping to improve the platform. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

I mean, just integrations. That's about it. Direct integrations with HubSpot, let's say, just to have information attached to the deal or have easily accessible in HubSpot.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nonverbia for call recordings, helping with sales analytics and post-call analysis, offering detailed to-do lists with genuine feedback.

 ### 9. Non-verbia Reveals Buyer Signals to Guide the Next Best Step

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimír B. | Sales Leadership, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I appreciate how Non-verbia is able to extract sales related signals and help me understand how my buyers behave and what triggers might be relevant for taking the next appropriate step.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

So far I dont see any downside of Non-verbia.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the gap between the monitors as my customers are connecting remote so it's very hard for me to read the room as compared to real-life meetings.

 ### 10. Transformed Our Sales Calls with Perfect Transcriptions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomáš M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

I use Nonverbia for online sales calls and appreciate its excellent review of the call and detailed notes. The scoring methods are a standout feature, as they help me know exactly how the call or demo went, where to focus, what the risks of the deal are, and how to prepare for the future. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

Nothing

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nonverbia for detailed reporting on demos, agreements, and sales rep performance. It provides excellent call reviews, detailed notes, and scoring, helping me know call outcomes, focus areas, risks, and future priorities.

 ### 11. High-Quality Transcripts for Online and In-Person Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin R. | salesman, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

the quality of transcript from online and personal meetings

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

for my usecase, i don 't use the score from every meeting, because I created my own AI layer for evaluatin

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

thanks nonverbia I can 100% focus for the meeting, because I don't need to write any notes. The nonverbia Stela agent does it

 ### 12. Easy Integration and Great Control for Sales Presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ondřej H. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

Nonverbia is easy to integrate and gives us the opportunity to have our sales presentation under control. Plus very reasonable pricing and fast support.

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

Nonverbia is still a young tool and some admin features are being solved along the way.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very effective way to control your sales presentation no matter how many sales representatives you have in your team.

 ### 13. Useful functions, but inaccurate transcriptions and poor interpretation of meetings

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nonverbia?**

Transcript, video record, to do list....

**What do you dislike about Nonverbia?**

It is not accurate. It can grasp the meeting topic in a complicated way. It automatically perceives non-sales meetings as sales meetings. With the camera turned off, the evaluation is logically not accurate.

**What problems is Nonverbia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nonverbia addresses the management and improvement of business calls. The biggest benefit is probably becoming aware of certain imperfections.
