Good product for collecting user's feedback effectively. It intergrated seamlessly with Trello and Slack. Overall it solves the problem very well.

I subscribed this product due to the perfect review on here. I paid for a 1 year subscription, but after 2 months using it, I opted for not renewing. I assumed that if I cancelled the renewal, I will still be able to access Nolt for 10 more months which I have paid for. The support is virtually non existence, just bot and automatic messages. They don't have option to restart subscription, you need to paid full price to restart. It gives me a scammy vibe to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was very pleased with the tool as it is very simple to use. We were looking for a way to gather additional information from our customer base and Nolt was simple to on-board, had great value for money, and the customer support team was helpful along the way. Initially, there was a feature that was impairing the experience for out customers by forcing them to create an account with the Nolt service, however after a feedback email to the Nolt team, they resolved the problem - now I do not have any additoanl critical feedback.
