It intergrated seamlessly with Trello and Slack. Overall it solves the problem very well. Update: Nolt has helped us restore our access. I feel thankful but I think this issue should be handle automatically, therefore, I revised my score to 4.5/5 **What do you dislike about Nolt?** I subscribed this product due to the perfect review on here. I paid for a 1 year subscription, but after 2 months using it, I opted for not renewing. I assumed that if I cancelled the renewal, I will still be able to access Nolt for 10 more months which I have paid for. The support is virtually non existence, just bot and automatic messages. They don't have option to restart subscription, you need to paid full price to restart. I have never experienced any downtime or issues with performance, which is crucial. I highly recommend Nolt.io to anyone needing a robust and reliable suggestions management and roadmap solution. The team at Nolt.io is also very responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need assistance. **What do you dislike about Nolt?** While I have been delighted with the services provided by Nolt.io, there are a few areas where I believe the platform could be improved. One suggestion is to include more advanced collaboration features, such as sharing data and collaborating seamlessly on projects with multiple organisations. Another area for potential improvement is the integration of additional data sources and formats. Currently, Nolt.io supports a wide range of data sources, but there may be some types of data that are not yet fully supported. We were looking for a way to gather additional information from our customer base and Nolt was simple to on-board, had great value for money, and the customer support team was helpful along the way. **What do you dislike about Nolt?** Initially, there was a feature that was impairing the experience for out customers by forcing them to create an account with the Nolt service, however after a feedback email to the Nolt team, they resolved the problem - now I do not have any additoanl critical feedback. **What problems is Nolt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nolt provides a solution for us to gather both quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding our customer's problems. The tool permits us to make better product decisions, and release tools we know will have the greatest impact. ### 4. It's served its purpose quite well and does exactly what it's meant to without all the fluff. Part of the reason why we're using it across multiple companies. **What problems is Nolt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to integrate our client feedback seamlessly and easily display what we're working on and what's been completed. I've always liked companies that get direct feedback from their customers and was something I wanted to adopt in my startup. The original standard pricing is a bit high for small startups but they're happy to work with you to make it affordable. **What problems is Nolt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nolt is solving the problem of it being difficult to setup a platform to collect feedback.
