Nodeon is designed around a modular architecture. Businesses can start with the Core ERP and activate additional functionality as their needs evolve, without replacing the system or disrupting existing workflows. Available modules include: AI Document Inbox Turn incoming documents into structured ERP data. Nodeon AI can read delivery notes, photos and other documents and prepare goods receipts or orders for review and confirmation, reducing repetitive data entry. Advanced Warehouse Manage multiple warehouses, barcode operations, stock movements and physical inventories. Cost Management Track costs, margins and profitability in real time to better understand where the business is making — or losing — money. Project Management Manage activities, costs, progress and billing for companies that need to track work on a project-by-project basis. WhatsApp Orders Allow customers to place orders through WhatsApp. Orders are synchronized directly with Nodeon, helping businesses reduce manual order entry and streamline recurring customer orders. Electronic Invoicing Integrated support for Italian electronic invoicing through the SdI system, including compliant long-term digital archiving. Nodeon is especially suited to businesses with recurring orders, inventory and operational workflows — including wholesalers, distributors, food & beverage companies and other SMBs that have outgrown spreadsheets or disconnected software. Unlike rigid legacy ERP systems, Nodeon is designed to adapt to the way a company actually works. New modules and capabilities can be added over time, while integrations and custom workflows can extend the platform to fit specific operational requirements. Nodeon runs in the cloud on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt, keeping data within the EU. The platform includes daily backups, audit trails, secure authentication, OAuth support and two-factor authentication. The goal is simple: reduce repetitive administrative work, connect business processes and give companies a clearer, real-time view of their operations — without forcing them into an unnecessarily complex ERP.
