## About Bondr
Bondr is bail bond management software for bail agents and bail bond agencies. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper files, and calendar reminders most agencies run on with a single system of record for the book of business. Bondr tracks defendants with their charges and booking details, bonds and surety information, indemnitors, co-signers, collateral, court dates, and a premium ledger covering every payment, balance, and outstanding amount. Its distinguishing feature is Radar, a rules-based risk engine that ranks the active book by real dollar exposure, unpaid premium, and watch status, and shows the factors behind each score, so agencies work the highest-risk bonds first rather than reacting after a forfeiture. Live court-date countdowns and forfeiture clocks track the deadlines that carry financial consequences. Operationally, Bondr includes jail lookup across 34+ Florida counties to speed intake, AI-assisted document capture that reads a booking sheet or court notice and pre-fills the record for human confirmation before saving, one-click PDF document generation, CSV import and export, multi-writer shared caseloads with per-seat access, and premium collection by card or ACH deposited directly into the agency's own Stripe account. Pricing is flat per writer with no per-bond, per-text, per-payment, or per-defendant metering. Bondr is available as a web application and a Windows desktop application, with a 14-day trial that requires a card.
