This solution perfectly meets our needs and lacks any drawbacks. It reliably performs the tasks it was developed for.

**What problems is NinjaChat by 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers are thrilled to engage in immediate conversations with live agents. However, for certain clients with low volume, dedicating a full-time agent isn't justified. To address this, we combine low-volume clients and train our agents to handle multiple clients from a single dashboard/login. It's fantastic!
