We especially value the enhanced monitoring for high-risk insiders like departing employees.Nightfall’s UI is clean, the alert fidelity is high, and the support team has been responsive and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Nightfall AI?** The platform is highly capable, but the reporting and analytics dashboards could be more customizable for granular insights. **What problems is Nightfall AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting insight into Secret and credential exposures as well as being able to monitor high risk users as part of our insider risk program. ### 2. Api integration is easy and alerts / reactions are just a click away. Alerting in Slack and being able to take actions from there and not the console without any limitations on those actions is a must have for us. You do not have to spend hours learning how to interact with the product and how to setup detections, for a small team this is ideal. It's incredibly easy to use, fast and simple integrations into srvices/systems, The OOTB detectors are working perfectly. The support team is quick to help, and their roadmap for future updates and improvements is exciting. Overall, it's a fantastic solution that I highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Nightfall AI?** There are still some services missing, But they are on their roadmap for 2025. **What problems is Nightfall AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nightfall AI helps us tackle Data Loss Prevention (DLP), ensuring that sensitive information is identified and protected across our systems. By integrating it with Slack, we’re not only able to monitor and prevent data loss in real time but also use it as a tool to educate our users whenever data loss incidents occur.
