It's incredibly valuable as it replaces disjointed tools and streamlines every step of the survey lifecycle. I love AI Agent Artemis, which is the most impactful feature for my team. Artemis automates the survey process from design to analysis and reporting, making it possible to turn raw feedback into actionable insights without any manual data sifting or the need for technical expertise. This has been a game-changer for my team, especially for non-technical regional teams who needed IT support before. I'm frustrated by how Artemis often mis-tags US regional fulfillment terms, like misclassifying 'porch pirate' in California feedback as 'shipping damage' instead of 'package theft' and lumping 'USPS ground delay in Texas' into a generic 'shipping slowdown' tag rather than a US carrier-specific one. It also can't be trained to create custom, business-specific insight categories without needing manual CSV exports and re-analysis in Excel.
