What I like most about NFON is the flexibility it gives our team to manage business calls from anywhere, without being tied to traditional office phones. The Cloudya desktop and mobile apps make it easy to switch between working from home, the office and on the go while keeping the same business number.
Call management is another major advantage. Features like call forwarding, queues and customised routing help us handle incoming calls more efficiently and ensure customers reach the right person. The Microsoft Teams integration is particularly useful because it allows us to make calls within an application we already use daily.
I also appreciate that the system is cloud-based, so we don't need to maintain our own telephone infrastructure. This makes it easier to scale as our needs change. The newer AI features, particularly voicemail transcription and call summaries, are another promising addition that can reduce manual note-taking and make follow-ups easier.
The interface is straightforward and easy to use. Internal calls are free of charge (I'm not sure about overall pricing though) and the performance is quite decent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
