NextUp Alert Reviews & Product Details

NextUp Alert is a desktop reminder app for Windows 10 and 11, offering continuous visual feedback for calendar management. Integrated into the Windows taskbar, it displays a live countdown to the next meeting using a traffic light system: green for ample time, yellow for approaching, and red for imminent meetings. It connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 Outlook, merging accounts into a unified timeline. Filters exclude non-essential alerts. Reminders appear via taskbar countdowns, full-screen popups, and voice announcements. Popups overlay windows with a live countdown, and voice reminders announce time remaining. The app extracts meeting links for one-click join functionality for Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Running as a native desktop program, it operates in the background without needing browser or Outlook windows open. It supports ARM64 architecture. Optional paid features include AI-powered day briefings and advanced voice announcements.
