A video to promote mental health for youth. It informed youth and adults about the website, book, mental health plan, and pledge, using the mascot Gizmo, the dog. We were seeking to change a social norm around mental health and to fight the stigma that has been attached to it. We wanted to ensure youth know how to take care of themselves and connect to trusted adults, as well as give adults resources to use when a child talks to them.
