
I was a big fan of Liquid Web as they had Heroic support and fantastic customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a long-time Liquid Web customer, of both their managed and virtual hosting. With their migration to Nexcess, they decided to drop their heroic support and michigan based support staff in favour of AI and chat support. The chat support seems to be more interested in closing the case quickly rather than fixing the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
