Easy service to use, terrible experience with customer service. **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Shannon B. | C, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2020 **What do you like best about NEWOLDSTAMP?** The platform is easy to use and deploy signatures across multiple business units. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** The subscription policy. Unfortunately we had some organizational changes and our February full year payment is forfeited. They do not offer any kind of refund should you decide to change and they are very aggressive with their tactics to keep you should you indicate interest in canceling. I'd recommend finding a service with a better cancelation policy. I will absolutely do such. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** If you are not positive you want to stick with this service and it meets your technical requirements stick with the month to month payment terms. Should you choose annual payment then require a change you will forfeit your entire payment for any term you do not use it. **What problems is NEWOLDSTAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated previously, it's an easy deployment across the organization. It was a bit lacking for our specific use case so we are making a change. We tried to make it work and found out the hard way that instead of being concerned about serving the client they are concerned with locking you in. ### 2. It appeared to be a replacement for WiseStamp, but with a one-time fee, would quickly become much cheaper. At some point I'll probably revisit this and can hopefully upgrade this review. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** After playing with NewOldStamp for a half hour or so, I concluded that either it is not configurable enough to give me the look I wanted, or it wasn't intuitive enough for me to figure out how to use it. I was not happy with the look of any of the signatures I created, so I went back to WiseStamp, even though it is more expensive. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** As I previously mentioned, I decided to stay with WiseStamp due to it's ease of use, ease of configurability, and (in my opinion) more professional looking signatures. **What problems is NEWOLDSTAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?** A nice looking signature can provide a more professional and inviting appearance. ### 3.
