What do you like best about Newired?

Newired provides a satisfactory experience given that it offers a software with very nice features, with the quality of being able to adapt to other software such as CRM suite or Salesforce CRM, simplifying the use of any web application. What do you dislike about Newired?

The technical support is not the best but it could improve, it would be attractive that could be compatible with the mobile and also that its use does not need internet, it would make my job much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Newired?

Problems to associate with the mobile situation, very uncomfortable, since it is very slow, there is not much control in training deployment, change initiatives, control process, support technical, slow in the articulated and complex application flows, the technical support is of very low quality when helping you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows help management to users, implement routes, modify and select which ones should be show on your website or application and which are waiting for publication, make additional websites for routes of multiple URLs through different applications and use the location function of content to allow users to select their preferred language Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Newired?

Newired is a very complete software that makes the level experience better simplifying the use of any other product on the web, it has a version free very solid of 30 days with which we can investigate more in the excellent functions that offers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without a doubt, the support could improve and assist the complaints in real time, since it can be a problem, also has problems to associate with the mobile situation very uncomfortable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use, therefore it would be good to give it a try since this constantly evolving, with the free version you can determine if it's what you need, for example, I loved it. What do you like best about Newired?

With Newired I have simplified the use of our websites, we have been able to track visits and comments from users, I have been able to understand complex processes with this powerful tool, in addition it works very well with SAP and ORACLE, that's great since we use both softwares Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Newired?

It would be more pleasant if you could associate without problem to the mobile, at the beginning it happened to me that it cost me to understand it and the advice provided by the support is not entirely efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Newired is compatible with almost all the software I use, such as salesforce CRM, Visio and mHelpDesk, which is great for my business needs and productivity within the company. It is a bit difficult to adapt without training but not impossible if care and proper attention is taken Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Newired?

Technical support should improve a little more, meet customer requests as quickly as possible because otherwise they will lose us and we could look for other solutions that serve us as they should be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
